I’m not an expert in the Spanish language, but I do know how to say tapas fluently. Most importantly, I enjoyed munching on all the tapas in Barcelona. Tapas is a selection of appetizers or snacks that are good before the late dinner. Patatas bravas is a common tapas dish in Spain, which consists of white potatoes served with a spicy tomato or aioli sauce. In the picture above, there’s a photo of patatas bravas, which was devoured instantly.

Barcelona, Part 2
Park Guell was our first tourist attraction, which is a beautiful creation by architect Antoni Gaudi (his work is everywhere in Barcelona). The natural public park is filled with lush gardens and is known as the face of Catalan modernism.

Barcelona, Part 1
A few weeks ago, I traveled to Barcelona with my sister and best friend. We were in Spain for a week, spending time in Barcelona and Mallorca. During our first three days in Barcelona, we checked out the Antoni Gaudi buildings and ate a lot of tapas. Oh yes, we made sure to fit in some siesta time for our busy days.
