Is Kale so last year? According to BuzzFeed, 2014 was Kale’s best year. This doesn’t make 2015 the end of kale because we all still need healthy green vegetables in our lives in order to remain a nutritional lifestyle. As for me, I was one of the many people who hopped on the kale bandwagon, and decided kale should be in every single one of my meals (including smoothies). I experiment in the kitchen all the time, love to find new recipes, and hope and pray the outcome of what I make is delicious. If it’s edible, I did my job (just kidding – my cooking isn’t so bad)! I did burn kale chips one time for a dinner date, but he didn’t care.
If you ever need a healthy snack, don’t reach for that bag of chips or sugary soda. Kale chips are extremely simple and quick to make, and I guarantee your body will thank you for being good to your self. I got my recipe from the Food Network.
