How do you start off your mornings? Do you eat a healthy breakfast? Go on a run? Wake up, and dream as many as six impossible things before breakfast? (Lewis Carroll has taught me a thing or two about believing in myself and the dreams that we want to pursue). We currently don’t have a dining table in our apartment because we just moved into a new one, and I believe that change is always good when you are in a new space. I ate my breakfast on the floor, munching on my buttered pepper jelly covered toast, and I thought about how the energy we create is affected by the environment we live in. It was only appropriate we eliminate the things my roommates and I didn’t need anymore to bring into our new space in order to create happy energy. Here’s a question to always ask yourself, “Why hold on to what you have to let go of?” For me, this question has extended on so many levels.
